So this final pricing can change based on the buyer's desire budget and what the builder can accommodate on this lot. The construction perm loan requires this to be a full time resident and we have a lender all set up to help any buyer execute an application for approval. This community has a very low HOA fee of $213 which includes swimming pools, spa, fitness center, billiard room and library, clubhouse, shuffleboard, courts, locked RV or boat storage area, lawn maintenance for each home & common areas, gated community, beautiful lake, private dock, boat ramp and fishing area with picnic area with BBQ grills. The community does allow short-term rental by the week, if it is cash and no construction loan needed then you would be able to rent out the home on a short-term basis after completion of the home is done.
